Conspiracy Planet - Julian Robertson Lawsuit Archives - Motion: Mental Exam for Julian Robertson

I wonder if this is why Spencer Robertson thought it was ok to call PS15's principal to request that she tell me to stop posting material to my blog before the public hearing. Let them try suing me. I've got absolutely nothing, and they'd be wasting their time.

Conspiracy Planet - Julian Robertson Lawsuit Archives - Motion: Mental Exam for Julian Robertson:

"Motion: Mental Exam for Julian Robertson
by CONSPIRACY PLANET
'You'd
have to be crazy to sue me, especially if you're a failed hedge fund manager
like Julian Robertson,' says Conspiracy Planet publisher Uri Dowbenko. 'That's
why we filed a motion in his frivolous lawsuit for a court ordered psychological
examination for him.'

The Motion for a Court Ordered Mental Competence
Evaluation of Plaintiff Julian Robertson is the latest salvo in the battle for
the First Amendment. After all, the 73-year old Robertson may or may not
understand the lawsuit that his attorney Richard Marooney of King & Spalding
law firm has filed against Conspiracy Planet, Al Martin Raw, Uri Dowbenko and Al
Martin

The 'legal' harassment of writers and
publishers is the latest trend to stifle free speech in America, as the First
Amendment remains under attack while writers and publishers continue being sued.

Donald Trump sued author Timothy L. O'Brien and Time Warner for
his book 'TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald,' in which O'Brien wrote that
Trump was worth $250 million, not the $2."
