John White wants me to post something on the blog on behalf of the DOE

I just checked my email and got this message from John White. Of course, the file he wants me to post requires software I don't have installed on the computer I'm using, so I can't open it. Hmmm. I wish I knew what it says.

He emailed me back later on Friday and told me he'd send the document to me in another format on Monday.

    The file Mr. White sent me was in .mdi format, which I've never heard of before. He emailed me again after I requested that he re-send the file in a format I could use, and he'll be sending me the file on Monday.

    Has anyone ever heard of mdi format? Is it a graphic file?
